This website is operated by Pharmatodo, a pharmaceutical distribution agency authorized by Panama's National Directorate of Pharmacy and Drugs. Its purpose is informational and commercial: to present our company, distribution services and contact details for independent pharmacies and partners. Access is free.

2. Published information

Information published here (mission, vision, coverage, services) is general in nature and may change without notice. This site does not sell medicines directly to the public and does not replace the advice of a health professional.

3. Meeting requests and contact

The "Request a meeting" and WhatsApp contact links on this site are business contact requests; they do not constitute an agreement, order or contractual relationship. Any business agreement is formalized only through our direct response and corresponding documentation.

4. Intellectual property

Site content (text, logo and Pharmatodo brand) is owned by Pharmatodo or used with legitimate permission. Reproduction, modification or distribution without written authorization is not permitted.

5. External links

This site may link to WhatsApp or other third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site operational and information up to date, but do not guarantee continuous availability or absolute accuracy. Pharmatodo is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or temporary inability to access it.

Personal data is processed per our Data Treatment Policy, in compliance with Panama's Law 81 of 2019.

8. Technical operator

The site is built and hosted by YaEsta.online, acting as technical provider under contract with Pharmatodo. Commercial and regulatory responsibility toward the user lies exclusively with Pharmatodo.

9. Changes and jurisdiction

These terms may be updated. The current version is the one published here. Any dispute is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama and submitted to the competent courts of Panama.
